IARC – UNICART
International Academic Research Center
IARC – UNICART International Academic Research Center is an academic research center that aims to identify, interpret, and anticipate changes by using the tools of scientific research and teaching.
Facing this challenge in a “sector” where human value is predominant means engaging in constant and permanent updating.
Training and education cannot be just another proposal among many, rather it must represent the double vector that associates training with quality, creating a method aimed at preparing the people who will have to face and to guide change, in an active way for their individual peculiarities.
Research is used to define the best standards of competence, to satisfy the need for more attentive users, promoting new policies aimed at identifying systems for improving quality.
Therefore, the need is to create a system, to be an active part towards the goal for all those involved: institutions, schools, universities, associations, the business world.
A good training activity can be defined as such when it produces growth together with employment and production capacity: for this reason, consultations with businesses and institutions are essential in order to guarantee job opportunities.
